1lb. New York strip steak, trimmed and cut into 1" cubes
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, divided
1/2cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, divided
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp. (or more) finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400° Fahrenheit for 5 minutes to ensure it’s hot enough for the steak bites.
Season and Cook Steak: In a large bowl, toss the steak cubes with Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and 2 teaspoons of the kosher salt. Arrange the steak in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 2 minutes. Flip the steak bites and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until they reach medium-rare, or your desired doneness. Transfer steak to a plate and keep warm.
Prepare Garlic Butter: While the steak cooks, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a small pot over medium heat. Stir in the finely chopped garlic and remaining 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt, cooking until fragrant and sizzling, about 1 minute. Add the remaining 6 tablespoons of butter and stir until melted, about 1 minute more. Remove from heat and mix in the fresh parsley.
Serve: Drizzle half of the garlic butter over the steak bites. Garnish with additional parsley if desired, and serve the remaining garlic butter on the side for dipping.
Notes
Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary to ensure even cooking.
Use fresh garlic and parsley for the best flavor in the butter sauce.
Adjust cooking time slightly if you prefer your steak bites more rare or well done.
